Four Leaf was established in 2020 by three brothers who come from a family of construction leaders in Bahrain.

Historically, the family have been involved in government housing and infrastructure projects contributing to Bahrain’s development since the 1980’s. Throughout this time, the family have also carried out Real Estate projects ranging from development, to brokerage, and property management.

The formation of Four Leaf was driven completely by a desire to focus on projects within the private sector. The company aims to execute its projects with modern, forward-thinking solutions that are innovative and designed to assist local investors and property owners with their construction and real estate goals. The trading division was formed in 2023 with the intention of bringing sustainable products and solutions to the market.

The name Four Leaf is taken from the allegory that comes from the Four Leaf Clover plant. There are no clover plants that naturally produce four leaves, so when you come across a Four Leaf Clover the leaves are said to stand for faith, love, hope and luck. We instill this in our Clients through demonstrating our capabilities to deliver on their expectations.

The company is run and managed by its owners, Ali Ahmed Karimi, Hashem Ahmed Karimi, and Hussain Ahmed Karimi. Each of the owners have active roles in managing the company and provide invaluable expertise in the construction field, Real Estate Sector and Trading world. They are qualified engineers with over 15 years’ experience and are registered with The Council for Regulating the Practice of Engineering Professions here in Bahrain. The company is also licensed with Bahrain’s Real Estate Regulatory Authority as a broker and property manager.
